No Refund and Replacement Policy
Kapira follows a No Refund and No Return Policy.
Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, no refund or return will be provided, except where required under applicable law.
Kapira does not provide refunds or returns due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, or dissatisfaction with results.
Replacement for Physical Damage
If a product is received in a physically damaged, broken, or visibly damaged condition, the customer may request a replacement.
The customer must report the physical damage to Kapira within 8 hours of delivery.
The customer must provide:
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging.
- Clear photographs of the damaged product.
- A clear unboxing video showing the package and product at the time of opening.
- Order number and relevant purchase details.
Kapira will review and verify the submitted evidence.
Replacement will be provided only after the claim has been verified and approved by Kapira.
Replacement is subject to product availability.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, accidental damage after delivery, tampering, alteration, or failure to follow the product instructions will not normally qualify for replacement.
No cash refund will be provided in place of an approved replacement, except where required by applicable law.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched, subject to the applicable cancellation conditions.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Kapira reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Customer Responsibilities

- Follow product instructions and safety information.
